1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ct999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on ct999, you unconditionally accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

• You must not hold a current self-exclusion agreement with ct999 or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.

ct999 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ct999. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ct999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly, especially if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session to prevent unauthorized access.
• Notify ct999 support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been compromised.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account credentials, whether or not authorized by you.

KYC Verification

ct999 enforces a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and to protect the security of its user base. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Accounts that remain unverified beyond the designated period will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ct999 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for the Bangladesh market. Accepted local payment channels include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

ct999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, banking institution processing times, or network disruptions outside of our control. Should any transaction dispute arise, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They may only be used for eligible games on the ct999 platform.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct999, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any content thereon.

In no event shall ct999's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you deposited into your ct999 account during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based and even if ct999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ct999 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. The revised terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a different effective date is stated. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via in-platform notification or email where technically feasible. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, your sole remedy is to cease use of the Platform and close your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which ct999 is registered. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to ct999's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with our support team, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary.
